There is no separate application required for the IMES. However, candidates are advised to submit their admission application by the specified deadline, as late submissions are not accepted. Recipients are evaluated based on their academic scores, SOP, and ELP scores submitted with their admission application.
In addition to the IMES, UBC offers other scholarships and awards for international students, such as the UBC Vantage One awards, which are based on academic achievement, intellectual promise, and extracurricular or community involvement, and the John R. Scarfo Wellness Bursary.
