Keiser University offers scholarships based on academic merit, financial need, or a combination of both. The university's website provides information on the various scholarships available, along with their respective criteria and requirements. It is important to carefully review the eligibility requirements for each scholarship before applying.
One example of a merit-based scholarship offered by Keiser University is the Academic Scholarship, which is typically awarded to students with high grade point averages and superior academic achievements. On the other hand, the Financial Need Scholarship is a needs-based scholarship that is awarded to students with demonstrated financial hardship. Additionally, there are specialized scholarships such as the Sibling Award for incoming students with a sibling enrolled at Flagship, and the Legacy Tuition Award for relatives of KU Flagship graduates.
To apply for scholarships, students can contact the Financial Aid department at Keiser University, which provides resources and guidance on scholarship opportunities. Outside scholarships, funded by private entities, are also an option for students. These scholarships have their own criteria, due dates, amounts, and renewal requirements. Students can explore these opportunities independently or with the assistance of their financial aid counselor. It is important to thoroughly research the criteria and application process for each outside scholarship to increase the chances of a successful application.
