Summer Semester

For the summer semester, if you enrol before May 15, your payment will be due on June 15. If you enrol on or after May 16, your payment will be due on July 15.

Fall Semester

If you enrol before July 15, you will receive a bill after the close of business on July 15, and payment will be due by 3 pm on the first day of the fall semester in August. However, if you enrol after July 15 but before the first day of class, your bill will be generated after the close of business on the first day of class, and payment will be due by 3 pm on September 15.

It is important to note that Kansas State University may charge a late enrolment fee of $50 if admission and enrolment activities are not completed before the first day of classes. Additionally, a 1.5% default fee will be applied to accounts with overdue payments, assessed each month until all charges are paid in full.
