If you are a student at Boise State University, you will be assigned a student ID number and username when you register. Student ID number and username
Boise State University assigns every student a username and student ID number when they register. You will receive an email containing your Boise State ID number and username after you enroll. The Admissions Office will also send this information to new students by mail. You will need your Boise State username to set your myBoiseState password and access BroncoMail, which is your student email account.
Your username is usually your first and last name with no spaces. Your username and email account may also be generated to match your preferred name. You can update your preferred name in the Personal Information section of myBoiseState Student Centre.
If you have forgotten your username or student ID number, contact the university and they can provide one or the other for you. You can also reset your password by clicking on the 'Create a New Password' link on the myBoiseState homepage and providing your username, student ID, date of birth, and Social Security number.
