Appeals and special circumstances
The Division of Financial Aid at Purdue University will consider adjusting for the following situations:
- If a student has a circumstance that is not already reflected on the FAFSA.
- If a student has an SAI that is greater than -1500.
- If a student is facing an unforeseeable, extenuating circumstance, including the death of a relative, illness, injury, or other special circumstances.
