On-Campus Housing

Contract start/move-in dates
The University of Delaware offers graduate student housing. Students will receive their housing assignment via email approximately two weeks before their move-in date. Students can check in between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on their assigned day.

Students who are reassigned on a permanent basis are required to pay the cost of the assigned space. Students who are suspended from the residence halls remain bound to the contract and will be responsible for the full cost of the residence hall space for the remainder of the semester.
Summer housing is not guaranteed as space is limited, so students are encouraged to apply by the priority deadline of May 20.
