UIC prohibits and will not tolerate sexual misconduct by or against students, employees, patients, or visitors.
Sexual misconduct, as defined by UIC, includes sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, and other forms of sexual violence, such as sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual abuse, sexual coercion, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.
