Students must also submit a final program of study if there have been significant changes in the courses they have taken. Doctoral students must also complete and submit the Survey of Earned Doctorates. Students must communicate with their graduate coordinator and advisor to ensure that they have completed all the requirements for their degree or certificate. The graduate coordinator will complete the Completion of Requirements form. Once the Graduate School staff has received an updated Program of Study, the Completion of Requirements, and the final thesis (if applicable), they will audit the student record.
The Office of Student Records issues transcripts and diplomas. Diplomas are sent via mail approximately two months after the graduation date. Graduate certificates are mailed by the Graduate School.
