Once your student has approved your connection request, the tiles will switch from "pending" to "waiting." Information is updated on a nightly feed. You will then be able to log in to the Family Portal and access your student's information.

Once you click on the arrow, you will see all the information blocks that your student has approved for you to see. You will be able to see your student's overall GPA and click on that block. If granted approval by your student, you will receive notifications for changes to this section at midterm and when final grades are posted.
If you are wanting more granular information on your student’s grades by assignment, paper, or test, we encourage you to speak with them about this communication preference. There is not an ability for third parties to access student information on a by-item basis, only your student has access to that information.

Grade information can also be obtained via AU Access at the Auburn University homepage, https://www.auburn.edu/. Once a faculty member submits the grades for a course, those grades must be "rolled" to academic history before they can be viewed by students.
To graduate from Auburn University, a student must earn a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale on all courses carrying graduate credit. No grade below C is acceptable for credit toward a graduate degree. For the D.V.M. degree, candidates must complete all required courses and at least four hours of elective credit, with a minimum overall GPA of 2.25. Any student who earns less than a 2.25 GPA for any term will be placed on academic probation. If the CGGPA falls below 3.0 after the next eleven credit hours of graduate enrollment or two consecutive terms, the student will be placed on academic suspension.
